What to expect
You'll talk with Leslie, our AI interview assistant, much like a normal video call — a friendly conversation about your experience, with no trick questions and no time pressure.
A real person on our team in the United States reviews every interview, and Leslie never makes hiring decisions. We tell you it's AI upfront so you can relax and just be yourself.
Before you start
- Use Google Chrome on a laptop or desktop. A phone works too, but a computer is easier.
- Find a quiet room with a reliable internet connection.
- Allow your camera and microphone. When you open your link, your browser will ask — please click Allow for both so Leslie can hear and see you.
- Set aside about 30 minutes where you won't be interrupted.
During the interview
Just talk naturally and take your time. If you don't catch a question, ask Leslie to repeat it — she's happy to.
If your internet drops, don't worry: reopen your interview link and it picks up right where you left off.
Your privacy
Your interview is recorded (audio, video, and a transcript) and reviewed by our hiring team. It's used only to consider you for the role, and the decision is always made by a person.
